ASR - Army Service Ribbon.

Given to all unit members who have successfully completed Basic Combat Training and are officially an infantryman with the rank of Private in the 97th Infantry Division

This will be given to anyone who has achieved the rank of private and up.

AIT - Advanced Infantry Training Ribbon

This is being rewarded to those who have advanced designation in a certain field. Ex: DI, LT, HT, DS, etc.. not given to those who are just good with a gun and are not officially in the squad... talk ot the leaders, Crowley, Hartfeil, Tallyn, Me/Voltaire
