Exactly, that is what I'm saying I do want to explore the DoD Community. I'm a Private in the 97th, so I dont really need to do anything. So, now as a Cpt., I have to.

I would have to agree with Bonvell on what he had said.

There were many opportunities for you and many others to improve skills and to get promoted and all. Also to do thing you have to ask not just wait around to be given something to do, being a leader doesn't mean just standing there waiting for someone to give you a chance a leader is someone who stands up and does it for him and others and isn't ask to do the objectives.
