Ranks

Heres a list of the ranks going from lowest to highest

Recruit (Rec)
- applicant into the 97th infantry unit and has been accepted.

Private (Pvt)
- A basic soldier in the 97th ID, building block of the unit.

Private First Class (PFC)
- Slightly higher than the private and can hold job positions.

Corporal (Cpl)
- Usually assistant squad leader and helps with squad drills and can lead if needed.

Sergeant (Sgt)
- Main squad leader, and entry level for non-commissioned officer. Schedules and leads squad drills.

Staff Sergeant (SSgt)
- Can be squad leaders, a non-commissioned officer, who disciplines anyone lower than himself.

Technical Sergeant (TSgt)
- Leads the technical squad, when we initiate a tech section, is responsible for technical work on the website and server.

Master Sergeant (MSgt)
- Usually leads BCT with FSgt and does drills and is usually a disciplinary officer.

First Sergeant (FSgt)
- Is the senior noncom, main job is to lead BCT and do drills, and is the platoon sgt.

Second lieutennant (2Lt)
- Entry level commissioned officer, Leads a platoon along with a FSgt or MSgt.

First Lieutennant (1Lt)
- Leads a platoon along with a FSgt or MSgt, and is the Executive officer of the unit and the Cpts right hand man.

Captain (Capt)
- Commanding officer of the 97th infantry division,
